We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Tasting Room Staff to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service while guiding guests through our tasting experiences. Duties
- Welcome guests to the tasting room and provide an overview of the tasting experience.
- Serve bourbon and other beverages while ensuring compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations.
- Educate guests about the different wines, including flavor profiles, production methods, and food pairings.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down tasting events, including banquet-style setups.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tasting room, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Experience in bartending or food handling is preferred.
- Knowledge of wine, food safety practices, and dietary considerations is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse clientele.
- Experience in fine dining or catering settings is advantageous.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others create enjoyable experiences.
