Roblar Winery, a Gleason Family Vineyards brand, is seeking a hard-working, enthusiastic individual who has experience in hospitality to join our team as a server for our weekday supper service. Individual must possess a positive attitude, be self-motivated, organized, and eager to create a stellar guest experience, work well under pressure, and love to serve guests.
Server responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Welcome guests and make them feel at home at the winery setting
· Set up for service with the rest of the support team
· Effectively and accurately take wine and food orders and communicate them to our kitchen.
· Memorize and learn our wine and food menus to answer any and all questions.
· Assist in general tasting room maintenance, like glass washing, drying and restocking, cleaning up spills, etc.
· Follow company policies and protocols
· Complete projects and additional duties requested by Supervisor or Management
Requirements:
· 21 years of age or over
· Able to lift 50 pounds (a case of wine)
· Able to stand and/or walk for extended period of time
· Previous server experience
· Professional appearance and demeanor
Compensation:
· In addition to hourly compensation, lucrative tips and wine club sign up commissions are included.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
