Roblar Winery, a Gleason Family Vineyards brand, is seeking hard-working, enthusiastic individuals who have experience in hospitality to join our exciting and successful tasting room team. Individual must possess a positive attitude, be self-motivated, organized, and eager to create a stellar guest experience, while assisting the service staff in all aspects of the tasting room, including bussing, barbacking, hosting, and food running. Previous wine knowledge is not required.
Tasting Room Host & Support Staff responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Greet guests and seat them to their tables.
· Answer phone calls and respond to guest's inquiries.
· Assist in booking reservations, large parties, and assigning tables.
· Run food from kitchen to tables.
· Bus, clean, and reset tables for service.
· Assist in general tasting room maintenance, like glass washing, drying and restocking, cleaning up spills, etc.
· Perform daily tasting room duties, including stocking wine, glasses and merchandise, preparing the space for guests, and opening and closing registers
· Follow company policies and protocols
· Complete projects and additional duties requested by Supervisor or Management
Requirements:
· 18 years of age or over
· Able to lift 50 pounds (a case of wine)
· Able to stand and/or walk for extended period of time
· Previous tasting room/winery and/or sales/hospitality experience a plus
· Professional appearance and demeanor
Compensation:
· In addition to hourly compensation, you will also receive tips.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
