Job Summary:
The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing engaging content across all social media channels, ensuring our brand voice and aesthetic remain consistent. This role requires strong graphic design skills to develop visually compelling content that resonates with our audience. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with a passion for social media, digital marketing, and the wine industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a social media content calendar for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Design high-quality graphics and visual assets using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Capture and edit photos and short-form videos to showcase our wines, vineyard events, and brand story.
- Write engaging captions, social media posts, and website content that align with our brand voice.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights to optimize content strategy.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and brand-appropriate manner to foster community engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions, events, and influencer partnerships.
- Stay up to date on social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging digital marketing strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
- Experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.).
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with a creative, brand-focused approach.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for wine, hospitality, and creating engaging digital content.
- Photography and videography skills.
