JOB DESCRIPTION

This position will work across all operations at the vineyard, previous experience is not necessary but is preferred. Candidate must be bilingual. Job Duties may include but not limited to: Vineyard Worker to perform the following duties: Fruit thinning, leafing, suckering, hoeing, leafing pruning, installing wire mesh & trellis, harvesting, tractor driving, clean-up, spraying and other related viticulture operations, including sorting grapes in the vineyard.

HOURS: Full-time (40 hours per week).

Qualifications

· Weekend and holiday work is required

· Ability to lift/move heavy objects - up to 75 pounds

· Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, year-round

· Must be able to engage in physically active work every day

· Ability to work independently and with other co-workers

· Sound judgment and commitment to sustainable farm values

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
